There's no doubt about it Princes Wharf is a statement for any company starting up or wanting to be where all the action is.

You are a right in the belly of where it all began, the transformation of the viaduct started here, now fully ingrained as Aucklands waterfront rock star of residential absolute waterfront accommodation, home of the Hilton Hotel.

This apartment is on the interior side but still close to the water, you probably wont be home much anyway, but when you are the genrous space and particularily high ceilings, gives this apartment an air of sophistication.

The great thing is, you dont look into other apartments, it looks at interesting things, bars and glare of office buildings and people partying. Having managed this apartment for well over 10 years, I can attest to its poularity. 

I have always thought this apartment would be a brilliant office as it has a unqiue exit straight onto the front of Princes Wharf (by wildfire restaurant ) in fact shakers and movers share this end of the building and the award winning restaurant EURO is right beneath you.

It has served a retiree well as a crash pad when visiting Auckland, we rent it for him on long periods when he is away and vacate it for him on his return. We are quite happy to do that for another 10 years required.
