PRIVACY STATEMENT 1993 : This application collects personal information about you; by submitting this application you agree that your personal information may be divulged to other parties, to assess your eligibility as a tenant. If your tenancy is accepted you agree that this information can also be used at our discretion, in relation to debt, credit , contract and trace issues.

You acknowledge this is an offer from you to rent the property that you have mentioned above, and will require the express permission of the owner to satisfy acceptance and approval. When we receive this form, we will confirm consideration by phoning you, and then upon acceptance from the owner an email will be sent to you confirming the terms and conditions of the proposed tenancy that the owner has agreed to. In the follow up email we will have details on how to secure the property and pay a NON refundable holding deposit.

Please Note : The costs to move in are BOND 3 to 4 weeks rent (at owners discretion); LETTING FEE - 1 x weeks rent plus gst & RENT IN ADVANCE - 1 weeks rent.
