Moving In Damage Report

As per condition 1 of your tenancy agreement. This form is to record damages to the property or furniture which has not been mentioned on the "Moving In Report" provided. This document will only be considered as part of your tenancy if submitted within the first five working days of your start date. The information you record will be kept with your file and used to confirm you had no responsibilty for that damage, and will help speed up the bond refund process at the end of your tenancy.
