Notification of New Tenancy

After you approve our carefully selected tenant, we screen their application and confirm in writing the details of tenancy(Pdf)

Monthly Statement  

There are 12 different monthly statement layouts (you can select which one best suits you), at the end of each month we will email your statement to your preferred email address.

Rent Review / Lease Extension Letter

Six weeks before the end of a Fixed Term expiring lease we automatically write to your tenant to request a renewal of tenancy. After consultation with you we act per your instructions and negotiate new lease terms.

Vacating Procedure

When notification arrives from a tenant that they wish to end their tenancy, a letter is sent to both landlord and tenant outlining procedure and recommendation.

Moving In Report

In the Tenants services area of our website the tenants are able to submit additional information to the Moving in Report which was signed and accepted at the time of moving in. To be valid, this report must be received by us within 5 days of moving in.
