You’ll have two pools, two gyms, a tennis court, restaurant cafes and roof top pool and bar. The Sky Tower, Viaduct and Wynyard quarter all a short walk away.  

In particular these West facing 02 apartments are enormous with high ceilings to match and catch great mid and late afternoon sun. This apartment is a lower level apartment meaning lower BC rates but still nice and high off the street.

It would be difficult to spend your money more wisely on a city apartment of this size, calibre, price and location.

The apartment has a reliable tenant in place until 15th January 2020 and all the furniture is included in the sale.
