Property Care & Inspections
Routine inspections are carried out every four to six months, supported by detailed written reports and photographs uploaded to your Landlord Portal. Thorough inspections also take place at the beginning and end of each tenancy.

We encourage landlord insurance and can recommend suitable providers. Cobb Property operates under REINZ and REAA guidelines, with audited trust accounts and $1,000,000 professional Liability Insurance in place for your protection.
