If something in your rental property requires attention, this page allows you to submit a maintenance request directly to our team. Clear, written requests help us assess the issue accurately and respond as quickly as possible.

Submitting a Request

Please include as much detail as possible, along with photos if relevant. This helps us diagnose the issue and determine the best course of action.

Assessment & Response

Once received, your request will be reviewed against the Property Management Authority for the property. If the issue requires a contractor, we’ll arrange this and keep you informed.

Urgent Maintenance

If the issue is urgent or poses a safety risk, please indicate this clearly in your request. We will prioritise urgent matters accordingly.

Communication

Contractors will usually contact you directly to arrange access. If further approval is required, we’ll be in touch before proceeding.
